 
    
        Each class provides an all levels systematic and intentional approach to understanding your mind and body. You will be intentionally guided towards a peak posture with attention to muscle activation and focused stretching, all while exploring relatable yogic philosophy. With a focus on smaller steps leading toward greater outcomes that work for you specifically, you will be skilfully lead through challenges that foster growth on and off the mat. 
**Please bring a yoga mat and two yoga blocks**
