This class is designed for students of all levels. In Flow Yoga, you are guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level and desires. You will focus on linking conscious breath with mindful movement. In Yoga Flow, you will awaken your strength, energy, concentration, and flexibility while calming the mind. This is a great class for students who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.
Class is instructed by Heidi Kassner, E-RYT 500.
Class is held in the Ballroom or outdoors (weather permitting).
**Please bring a yoga mat and two yoga blocks**
