TRX- Total (Body) Resistance eXercise
TRX is a workout system that uses gravity and body weight to perform exercises to strengthen your core and increase muscular endurance, while providing a total body workout.
You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself! We will be working on and off the straps.
-Delivers a fast, effective total body workout using TRX straps.
- Helps build a rock solid core.
-Benefits people of ALL fitness levels.
Due to equipment, there is a maximum of 10 students! Please bring your own mats and water.
Develop Strength, Balance, Flexibility and Core Stability simultaneously.
Class will be held on the Deborah Sampson Tennis court. Instructed by Michelle Fahy.
