Take your yoga practice to the water with SUP Yoga: Float Your Practice, a unique and playful experience that combines yoga, balance, and the serenity of nature on a stand-up paddleboard. Perfect for all levels—whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to both yoga and paddleboarding—this class invites you to relax, strengthen, and connect with the outdoors.

The session begins onshore with a brief paddleboarding tutorial, including kneeling and standing basics, stroke techniques, and tips for staying confident if you take a splash (it happens, and it’s all part of the fun!). Then, paddle out to a peaceful spot, drop an anchor, and flow through yoga sequences designed to awaken your core, improve balance, and calm your mind. Enjoy a playful exploration of poses, test your skills, and wind down with a tranquil floating savasana before paddling back to shore. No prior experience required but participants must be able to swim.

Fee: $35 if you bring your own equipment (stand-up paddleboard, paddle, and life preserver)

$55 includes full rental package (stand-up paddleboard, paddle, and life preserver)
