SUP Yoga is a great way to relax, improve your balance & strength and harmonize your body with nature. All classes begin on shore with an overview of of paddle basics - learn how to kneel, stand, basic stroke techniques, and what to do if you fall in (don't worry, it happens all the time!). Paddle out and drop an anchor for a combination of flowing movements and steady postures designed to awaken your core muscles, establish trust, train balance, strengthen the body, and calm the mind. Each class includes a time for play to explore shapes and postures before winding down with a floating savasana and then paddling back to shore. Program will launch and park at Veteran's Memorial Park Beach on Lake Massapoag. Each session is a stand-alone session and must be registered for individually.

No previous yoga or paddle experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.

Participants must be able to swim and over 16 years old!

Mandatory equipment to bring: SUP board, paddle, PFD (personal floatation device - can be kept on board and is not required to be worn), and an anchor.
