Participants practice seeing the bigger picture, developing flexible thinking, managing impulses, taking the perspective of others, and strengthening problem-solving skills in a supportive and engaging environment. -No prior experience required. We offer recreational and competitive flag football for boys and girls ages between 3-15 organized by age division.The New England Flag football league for boys and girls ages 3-15, the program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continues action while learning lessons in teamwork.The goal of the NEFFL is for everyone to play, teams are typically small with 7-10 players, which gives every player a chance to be an important part of the team. Our focus is on making sure everyone is having fun while learning the basics of the game, teamwork, and important lessons in sportsmanship.Each player will receive a jersey and flag football belt, one shared football for the team, certificate of excellence or trophies/medals for finalists, and a minimum of 7 weeks of flag football games. Team practices are at the discretion of the coach and are subject to field space availability.Our Town of Sharon Flag Football league will be held on Saturday mornings/early afternoons April 11th - June 6th (rain date - June 13th). The Sharon Tennis Stars program is designed for children with disabilities to gain the opportunity to learn about and play tennis in a relaxed, supportive, friendly, and fun atmosphere! We use the Quick Start method. It's a chance for kids to learn real tennis and have real fun doing it. Tennis Quick Start follows almost every other youth sport and uses racquets, balls and courts that are sized right for kids so that they enjoy the game right from the start.

Youth Running ClubWhile learning proper warm-up methods, gradually developing endurance, and understanding how to pace, young athletes will form friendships with one another and their high school leaders. Current track team members hope to encourage not only interest in the sport for the future health of the track team but also confidence, goal-setting, and overall well-being in the youth of the community.  The program is being led by the captains and members of the Sharon High School Track & Cross Country team.  While young athletes are by no means expected to be expert runners, high school leaders do ask for energy, positivity, and open-mindedness throughout the program. Families are always welcome to observe, engage, and cheer on their young athletes.

For grades 1-5.Tumble Tots : A fun 45 minute class learning the basics of Acrobatics and Creative Movement  at an age appropriate level.  Music and Movement: A fun 45 minute class using booking, props and games, children will explore a variety of creative movements to foster motor and imaginative play skills. Parents and caregivers are invited to join this class to support their little ones.

Join On The Barre Dance Studio for a variety of dance programs for all ages. This section is for registration for a variety of youth dance programs. For kindergarten and pre-k dance programs, please find their separate page on our website. Please see the descriptions below for each program: Level 1 Ballet/Tap/Jazz: A 1-hour combo class of traditional dance styles for Grades 1 & 2. Ballet shoes, tap shoes, and jazz shoes required. Participants must adhere to proper dress code: leotard, tights, skirt optional, hair up, proper dance shoes. Level 2 Ballet/Tap/Jazz: A 1.25-hour combo class of traditional dance styles for Grades 3-5. Ballet shoes, tap shoes, and jazz shoes required. Participants must adhere to proper dress code: leotard, tights, skirt optional, hair up, proper dance shoes. Level 3+ Ballet/Tap/Jazz: A 1.5-hour combo class of traditional dance styles for Grades 6 and up. Ballet shoes, tap shoes, and jazz shoes required. Participants must adhere to proper dress code: leotard, tights, skirt optional, hair up, proper dance shoes. Level 1 Hip Hop: A fun 45-minute class learning the basics of hip-hop dance! Participants must adhere to proper dress code: leotard, tights, loose fitting clothing over dress code optional, hair up, proper dance shoes. Level 1 & 2 Acrobatics: A 1-hour acro class working on building strength, flexibility, and acro technique in a combined group of Level 1 & 2 dancers. Participants must adhere to proper dress code: leotard tights, skirt optional, hair up, proper dance shoes.
